A tough dependable mixer for kneading
and mixing all kinds of dough.
The mixers offer flexible service for all mixing functions in
bakeries, biscuit plants, restaurants, hotels, and other food-processing
operations. The four-speed transmission provides an excellent
range of beater speeds. The mixer is installed with Attachment
Hub and is already for meat grinder and vegetable slicer. (Except
HL-11147T and HL-11200T). |

| Two speeds are shifted in motor,
2 speeds are in gears. The constant-mesh helical gears are made
of hardened alloy steel. All shafts are mounted in ball or roller
bearings. Gears receive continuous oil lubrications. Oil level
is indicated through an easy-view sight glass. |

cage, induction-run type.
